Women's Business Conference Speaker

Local entrepreneur, Sarah Stokes, will be leading both a breakout session and the wrap up at this month’s Women’s Business Conference. Stokes, who first started her career as a local news reporter, decided to make a career change and take on her own business, Queen of the Castle Magazine, two years ago. Since then, Stokes and her husband have opened their own public relations, advertising and video studio, Stokes+HERZOG. As an entrepreneur, Stokes understands the importance of marketing yourself as a business. Her breakout session called, “What to Ask when Marketing Your Business” will help attendees will work through crucial marketing questions. During the conference, hosted by the Western Dairyland Women’s Business Center, attendees will learn from established members of the business community in Western Wisconsin, talk to business assistance providers, and network with over 500 emerging entrepreneurs.
