Leah Pronschinske, a recent UWEC graduate, is the owner of The Affogato, an organic bakery which caters baked goods and desserts. Leah is not your typical baker; she goes to great lengths in assuring her products are orgainic and healthy. All her products are made from scratch including her powdered sugar which she grinds herself and her natural food coloring that she extracts from fruits and vegetables.
